Role summary
As a Senior Specialist in Aircraft Maintenance Planning and Control, you will oversee planning and control of all aircraft maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and optimizing aircraft performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules for all aircraft in the fleet
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks
- Monitor and analyze aircraft maintenance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient planning and execution of maintenance activities
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulations to ensure compliance in all maintenance activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Aeronautical Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in aircraft maintenance planning and control, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and safety standards
