Role summary
We are seeking a Chief Specialist in Aircraft Maintenance Planning and Control to oversee and optimize all aspects related to aircraft maintenance planning and control within our Strategic team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement aircraft maintenance plans to ensure the efficient operation of all aircraft
- Monitor and analyze maintenance activities to identify trends and make data-driven decisions
- Work closely with aircraft maintenance teams to coordinate schedules and maximize productivity
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards in aircraft maintenance operations
- Lead a team of maintenance planners and controllers to achieve operational excellence and minimize downtime
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in aircraft maintenance planning and control, preferably in a leadership role
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in aircraft maintenance

Education
