Role summary
As a Senior Specialist in the Maintenance Control Center, you will oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities for an organization's fleet of vehicles, aircraft, or other equipment. You will ensure maintenance tasks are efficiently planned and executed to minimize downtime and optimize operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks
- Monitor maintenance activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and best practices
- Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on maintenance activities and progress
- Troubleshoot maintenance issues and recommend solutions to prevent reoccurrence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aviation Management, or related field
- Proven experience in maintenance control center operations
