Role summary
A Manager Fleet A330 to oversee the operations and maintenance of our A330 aircraft fleet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all A330 aircraft, managing a team of maintenance engineers, and coordinating with various departments to ensure efficient operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance and operational activities of the A330 fleet
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with aviation standards and regulations
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal aircraft performance
- Manage a team of maintenance engineers and technicians for timely efficient maintenance and repairs
- Collaborate with departments such as flight operations, procurement, and logistics for smooth operations
- Monitor budget and expenses related to the A330 fleet operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering or related field
- Proven experience working with A330 aircraft, preferably in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and standards
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
