Role summary
The Manager of Strategic Procurement plays a key role in overseeing and optimizing the purchasing activities of an organization to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency in the procurement process.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve cost savings and improve supplier performance
- Lead negotiations with vendors to secure advantageous terms and pricing agreements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and requirements
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure compliance with contracts and quality standards
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in procurement operations

Qualifications

- Proven experience working in strategic procurement, supply chain management, or a similar role
