Role summary
We are looking for a meticulous Aircraft Inspector to ensure the overall safety and airworthiness of our aircraft fleet. The ideal candidate will conduct thorough inspections, compliance checks, and quality assessments to maintain adherence to industry regulations and standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed inspections on aircraft systems, structures, components, and documentation to identify issues and discrepancies
- Review maintenance records, manuals, and technical publications to ensure compliance with aviation regulations and safety standards
- Conduct routine and special inspections on aircraft systems, equipment, and components to verify proper functioning and airworthiness
- Recommend and oversee repairs, modifications, or replacements of faulty parts and components to ensure aircraft safety and compliance
- Communicate inspection findings and recommendations to maintenance teams, pilots, and other relevant stakeholders to support decision-making and compliance efforts
- Keep abreast of industry developments, regulations, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement in inspection processes and standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aviation Maintenance, or related field
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license or equivalent certification
- Previous experience as an Aircraft Inspector or related role in aviation industry
- In-depth knowledge of aircraft systems, maintenance practices, and regulatory requirements
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Education
Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aviation Maintenance, or related field
Experience
Previous experience as an Aircraft Inspector or related role in aviation industry
