Role summary
We are looking for a Senior Specialist in Aircraft Engineering and Maintenance with a focus on Structures support to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expertise in structural design, analysis, and maintenance to ensure the safety and airworthiness of our aircraft fleet.
Responsibilities
- Conduct structural analysis and evaluations to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety requirements.
- Develop and implement maintenance programs for aircraft structures to optimize performance and longevity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address structural issues and provide technical guidance and support.
- Monitor and assess structural modifications and repairs to maintain quality standards and airworthiness.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in aircraft structures to recommend improvements and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in aircraft structural analysis, design, and maintenance, with at least 5 years in a senior specialist role.
- In-depth knowledge of aircraft structural regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Relevant certifications and licenses in aircraft maintenance and engineering are a plus.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Experience
At least 5 years of proven experience in a senior specialist role.
