Responsibilities
- Perform all basic functions and related activities
- Operate required equipment and comply with safety procedures and regulations
- Identify materials used for blasting and plasma
- Perform blasting process according to standard practices
- Identify and set-up all required conditions to perform plasma spray
- Program and operate automated equipment
- Troubleshoot and test any defects while performing work
- Perform plasma application using extension gun
- Operate and program plasma robotic system
- Troubleshoot 7MB plasma spray system
- Perform plasma spray application on complex parts
- Troubleshoot plasma spray extension gun
- Troubleshoot 4MB powder feed unit
- Troubleshoot robotic system
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
- Undertake any other functions assigned by the immediate supervisor
