Role summary
Perform advanced-level maintenance and repair activities and troubleshooting for attraction rides and devices. Lead work execution with other attraction technicians in the complex. Provide active support during onsite installation, collaborating with contractors and manufacturers to ensure operational readiness.
Responsibilities
- Actively participate with Operations, Project Attraction Teams, and Project Management Consultants
- Maintain close communication with ride manufacturers' representatives at SEVEN project sites
- Work in accordance with international safety best practices and KSA regulatory requirements
- Execute and lead technical activities for rides and attractions, supported by technician team and technical management
- Comply with SEVEN's technical maintenance requirements by implementing and documenting maintenance activities aligned with H&S policies and operational procedures
- Contribute to continuous improvement of technical documentation including SOPs, technical manuals, troubleshooting guides, evacuation procedures, PM checklists, REHAB programs, and NDT schedules
- Support implementation and effective use of asset management systems and related documentation
- Monitor spare parts and consumable stock requirements and provide proactive feedback for availability support
- Contribute to achieving departmental objectives, action plans, and KPIs aligned with company strategic goals
- Act as Team Leader when required during absences
- Execute and record corrective maintenance activities on rides and attractions in accordance with industry standards and manufacturer requirements
- Execute and record planned preventive maintenance activities according to approved schedules
- Respond to ride and attraction breakdowns, diagnose faults, and restore operations safely and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with Operations teams to gather information and resolve technical issues
- Verify quality and accuracy of technicians' work, particularly on safety-critical inspections and repairs
- Support daily ride operational readiness and achievement of reliability and availability targets
- Assist in ensuring adequate resources, materials, tools, equipment, and manpower are available for maintenance activities
- Identify opportunities to improve ride performance, maintenance efficiency, and operational effectiveness
- Support annual certification and recertification processes conducted by Independent Bodies
- Lead and execute major annual maintenance and rehabilitation activities for optimal ride performance
- Participate in ride evacuation procedures and provide recommendations for improvement
- Conduct inspections of tools and equipment, ensuring compliance with calibration and safety requirements
- Deliver training and maintain training records in line with Learning & Development requirements
- Adhere to all QHSE policies, procedures, and company standards
- Ensure efficient use of consumables and maintain clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Demonstrate strong communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
- Apply effective time management and strategy implementation skills

Qualifications
- Engineering Certificate or Diploma in relevant technical field (Electrical, Mechanical, or Electromechanical)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in leisure, attractions, or theme park industry
