Role summary
The Facilities Specialist supports daily site operations, inspections, documentation control, and coordination between IFM teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth facility performance.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily site walkthroughs and inspections
- Track preventive and reactive maintenance progress
- Update CAFM system with work order status
- Maintain asset register and documentation accuracy
- Support IFM supervisors and contractors with day-to-day site coordination
- Prepare reports and track KPIs and performance data
- Assist in emergency response and incident reporting
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering or Facilities Management
- 1–2 years' experience in FM or building operations
- Basic knowledge of MEP systems
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
