Role summary
Positions at this level are responsible for ensuring effective HR services are provided to the business by participating in the design and supervising work implementation of various HR projects and organizational development initiatives. Also responsible for reviewing key operational human resource metrics and undertaking improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and maintain compensation and benefits products including salary structure, benefits strategy, and incentives aligned with rewards strategy
- Conduct salary surveys and analyse results to ensure competitive remuneration structure aligned with market rates and company philosophy
- Articulate various Organization Design interventions aligned to changing business needs
- Ensure organization structure, operating model, job description, job evaluation and enactment methodologies aligned to business goals
- Implement sector strategy, policies and procedures for Workforce Planning to achieve desired objectives
- Propose operating standards and procedures to monitor and control manpower utilization and optimization across sectors
- Develop and implement Performance Management policies, procedures and systems for fair and just rewarding process
- Support business development of KRAs and KPIs in alignment with approved business plan
- Support rolling complete Performance Management cycle including Goal Setting, Mid-Year and Annual Assessment
- Support continuous performance feedback to drive and monitor performance throughout the year
- Take investment-based service approach including development, opportunities, retention, engagement and human capital planning
- Work closely with business leaders and line management as a partner providing expert guidance
- Serve as partner to management on HR-related issues and act as employee champion and change agent
- Articulate strategies for various Human Resources activities in compliance with overall HR strategy
- Ensure appropriate organisation culture or change programs in compliance with corporate objectives
- Manage large scale HR and Organization Development projects and initiatives under senior guidance
Qualifications
- Six to eight years of experience in human resources and organization development
- Experience preferably in technology or telecommunication industry
Education
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or HR
