Role summary
An exciting opportunity is available for Engineer, Production Planning located in Jubail. Job Purpose: Prepares Production Plans with interference in supply chain, Marketers & Operations of Polymer and Chemical assets to foster and balance decision-making for all stakeholders via Sales and Operation Planning Process (S&OP) to ensure optimum production levels.
Responsibilities
- Illustrate Polymer and Chemical Production planning to stakeholders, ensuring Yearly Grade-Wise Split aligns with Business plan within S&OP process framework
- Monitor JV's off-takers at appropriate levels to support execution and ensure smooth flow, resulting in S&OP compliance and product supply-demand accuracy
- Monitor and maintain off-takers performance and compliance as per OTA (off-take agreements)
- Maintain IBP module in SAP and ensure all required production data is entered accurately and timely
- Align SBU PetChem budget cycle between Manufacturing and business at grade-wise level
- Monitor JV's customer complaints process to balance maximum customer satisfaction and process efficiency
- Collaborate and align with stakeholders to define and execute common business processes and objectives benefiting Joint ventures
- Monitor day-to-day Planning & Scheduling activities to achieve high performance results and meet established targets and objectives
- Provide analysis and data reports to management and other departments
- Assist in determining financial methods and prepare statistical reports
- Track, maintain, analyse, and provide S&OP compliance and supply accuracy of key performance indicators (KPIs)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 2 years experience
