Role summary
Ensure reliability and availability of major instrument equipment and critical systems by reviewing design and updating all maintenance strategies. Monitor critical equipment and systems data, analyze all data and improve repair techniques while ensuring maintenance quality. Lead and facilitate reliability, safety and risk analysis on company-selected systems. Act as focal point for all analysis activity and ensure implementation and effectiveness of recommendations and update all analyses to achieve AMIC-TOHO Reliability KPIs and implement reliability best practices and evaluate new technology and ideas to continuously improve plant asset reliability.
Responsibilities
- Document and communicate assigned activities with timely identification and tracking
- Review basic inspection work ensuring relevant engineering requirements are adhered to with required assistance
- Maintain high HSE standards and seek healthy, safe work environment and working practices
- Participate in technical issues with stakeholders addressing multifaceted problems and escalate with proposed resolution
- Monitor and analyse relevant data and identify changes that can improve an engineering function area
- Troubleshoot and resolve unit problems in area of responsibility with guidance as needed
- Monitor and report daily assignment to senior level engineers and routinely update records within established procedures
- Perform tasks defined in scope and complexity applying engineering knowledge to relevant codes, regulations and standards
- Develop engineering supporting documentation and plans as directed by senior level engineers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Instrument Engineering, control system Engineering or Equivalent
