Role summary
Develop, maintain and foster strong continuous customer relationships within divisional administrative, financial and procedural objectives while identifying and developing new rental business opportunities within financial targets set by management.
Responsibilities
- Develop close working relationships with customers to understand organisational structure, departmental functions, key management, financial background, and short/long-term requirements and developments
- Prepare and submit quotations to clients in accordance with customer requirements in conjunction with Remarketing Manager and Admin Clerk
- Maintain continuous contact with customers following quotation submission to evaluate outcomes per divisional procedures
- Follow up on equipment preparation, delivery and return to/from customers upon deal finalisation in conjunction with Remarketing Manager and Service Supervisor/Manager
- Arrange Hirer Gate Passes for equipment, service staff and vehicles accessing restricted areas when necessary in conjunction with Remarketing Manager and Service team
- Follow up on payments and collection of outstanding rental invoices in conjunction with Remarketing Manager
Qualifications
- University degree or Vocational/Technical Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing
- Knowledge of customer requirements, projects and competitors' strengths and weaknesses
- Technical skills in electrical and mechanical systems or equivalent
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for preparing professional customer presentations
- Ability to read and write Arabic and English
- Multi-language abilities
- Initiative, dynamic personality and qualitative character
