Role summary
Inspection, repair, and maintenance of customer equipment. Supporting assembly and manufacturing efforts under direction of the S&RC Manager. Troubleshooting, problem solving and timely service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Always operate in a safe manner and ensure safety and quality are at the forefront of daily tasks
- Carry out repairs and maintenance work swiftly, diligently and safely
- Perform daily inspections of equipment and regular upkeep of various shop tools
- Report and schedule equipment in need of regular maintenance or repair
- Dismantle and reassemble pumps and heavy equipment and perform repairs using hoists and hand tools
- Clean, lubricate and perform routine maintenance work on equipment and vehicles
- Repair and replace damaged or worn parts
- Ensure assets are protected and cause minimal environmental harm
- Apply standards to ensure no harm to co-workers, customers or visitors
- Actively engage in a safe work environment and participate in HSE culture
- Maintain responsibility for clean work area and care of hand tools
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Relevant technical certifications or trade qualifications (preferred)
- Knowledge of mechanical equipment
- Knowledge of well service equipment (desired but not essential)
- Knowledge of pumping equipment
- Mechanical skills
- Forklift driving license (desired but not essential)
- Welding experience (desired but not essential)
