Role summary
As a Project Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital, AI, automation, and transformation projects across Zahid Group ecosystem. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; track progress, manage risks, and ensure effective communication while maintaining accurate project documentation and administrative processes, including management of POs/PRs and AI inventory.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy automation workflows and intelligent agents using Power Automate, UiPath, Zoho Creator, and AI frameworks
- Integrate automation and AI agents with enterprise systems and leverage Snowflake for analytics-driven optimization
- Design and maintain AI-enhanced creative workflows including prompt libraries, style guides, and templates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI tools into ideation, production, and campaign workflows
- Establish governance and quality control processes for automation and AI outputs ensuring compliance and security
- Monitor performance and ROI of automation and AI initiatives using dashboards and data insights
- Research and adopt emerging technologies in automation, AI agents, and creative AI tools
- Train and support team members on automation and AI best practices fostering adoption
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
- Understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Familiarity with digital transformation and agile project environments
- Knowledge of administrative processes and procurement (POs/PRs)
- Awareness of AI inventory management best practices
Requirements
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g. MS Project, Asana, or similar)
- Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage procurement and inventory systems
- Arabic and English language proficiency
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination or project management roles, preferably in digital or technology-driven environments. Proven experience monitoring project progress, deliverables, and deadlines using project management software.
