Role summary
Develop, follow-up and maintain continuous good customer relationships within divisional administrative, financial and procedural objectives. Identify, develop and achieve new potential rental business opportunities within financial targets set by divisional management.
Responsibilities
- Develop close working relationship with customer to understand organisational structure, activities, departmental functions, key management, financial background, short and long-term requirements and new developments within customer organisation
- Prepare and submit quotations to clients in conjunction with Remarketing Manager and Admin Clerk in accordance with customer requirements
- Maintain continuous contact with customers to evaluate and note outcome following quote submittal in accordance with Divisional procedures
- Follow-up on equipment preparation, delivery and return from/to customer in conjunction with Remarketing Manager and Service Supervisor/Manager once deal is agreed and finalised
- Arrange Hirer Gate Passes for equipment, Service staff and Service vehicles entering restricted areas in conjunction with Remarketing Manager and Service when necessary
- Follow-up on payments and collection of outstanding Rental invoices in conjunction with Remarketing Manager
Qualifications
- University degree, Vocational or Technical Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering or Equivalent
- Knowledge of customer requirements, projects and competitors' strengths and weaknesses
- In depth knowledge in Sales and Marketing
- Technical skills in Electrical and Mechanical or Equivalent
- Software skills in PowerPoint and Excel for professional customer presentations
- Ability to read and write Arabic and English with multi-language abilities
