Senior Electrical Technician

Role summary

Evaluate, integrate, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems

Responsibilities

• Assist in assembling, evaluating, testing, and maintaining electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, and apparatus
• Read and interpret electrical and electronic circuit blueprints, drawings, diagrams, and schematics
• Read blueprints and technical diagrams to determine placement of outlets and fixtures
• Assist in installing wiring, outlets, and controls
• Maintain electrical systems
• Identify electrical problems using specialized tools such as voltmeters, cable testers, thermal scanners, and ammeters
• Repair and replace wiring and equipment using hand and power tools including screwdrivers, saws, drills, wire strippers, and conduit breakers
• Assist in installation and routing of electrical wiring

Qualifications

• Vocational or High School Diploma in Electrical education or equivalent

Requirements

• Fluency in both English and Arabic
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Integration, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Education

Vocational or High School Diploma in Electrical education or equivalent

Experience

Minimum 2 to 5 years of power generator and electrical experience
