Role summary
To effectively maximize Parts & Service sales within the assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Consistently meet sales targets
- Develop and maintain excellent long-term relationships with assigned customers based on trust
- Perform various equipment inspections to required standards such as CTS, SOS, TA, etc., and provide cost-effective maintenance solutions
- Manage assigned territory efficiently by updating customer information, equipment population, market activity, competition, lost sales, and identifying incremental sales potential
- Identify and promptly report sales opportunities for all Company Divisions
- Maintain professional image and highest integrity in all business dealings at all times
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management
- Conduct regular customer site visits, prepare call reports, and follow up on identified Parts and Service opportunities
- Actively promote Company Parts and Service programs, campaigns, and initiatives to maximize customer engagement and aftermarket revenue
