Role summary
Manage implementation of warranty and goodwill policies and monitor warranty objectives and targets achievements. Conduct warranty and job control training and ensure claim and parts handling procedures are in place and continuously improved. Perform warranty and job control audits in coordination with internal audit department. Answer questions and progress complaints from branches regarding service and warranty matters. Follow up warranty activities and campaigns ordered by manufacturers and ensure correct implementation within specified timeframes. Ensure service requirements in branches are met to provide maximum customer satisfaction and responsibility for updating quality assurance policies. Provide or arrange training for all CVD staff on warranty and service systems.
Responsibilities
- Overview and supervise all contract maintenance jobs carried out by contract maintenance administrator
- Ensure accuracy of vehicle information and standard time in coordination with IT
- Improve system effectiveness in coordination with frontline staff and IT
- Establish guidelines and ensure optimum system security
- Develop and implement IT strategies in coordination with IT division
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws
Qualifications
- College degree or diploma holder
- Minimum 5 years of service experience in warranty and job control
- Current knowledge of administration and IT systems utilized by service industry and manufacturers warranty policies
Requirements
- Must be resourceful and assertive to ensure jobs are completed at full capacity
- Arabic language is desirable
- English language is essential
