Role summary
Forms and manages smaller value, routine and less complex contracts and agreements. Supports on higher value and more complex contracts and agreements. Maintains a continuous review of the progress of each contract or agreement and provides management with information regarding any commercial difficulties. Prepares correspondence, trackers, minutes, presentations, variation orders, and amendments, in addition to other necessary documents and gains management approval on the same.
Responsibilities
- Develop and issue contracts and other agreement documents as assigned
- Provide input to and prepare supporting tender documents through the process from beginning to end according to procedures
- Form and issue tender packages, track and close queries
- Prepare and organize meetings and workshops
- Prepare contract documents for execution with Customer's team
- Prepare and maintain control and status reporting documents
- Prepare pre-award reports, presentations and other programmatic documents in support of EXPO2030's vision
- Implement Contract & Commercial Management Procedures for contract administration
- Review Contract general terms and conditions to identify and monitor areas of risk, ambiguities, conflicts or deviations from the scope of work
- Develop and manage appropriate mechanisms to monitor compliance with contract terms and conditions
- Identify and recommend resolution of Contract issues as they develop
- Obtain all contract deliverables for timely work handover and close-out of contracts
- Prepare post-award reports, presentations and other programmatic documents in support of EXPO2030's vision
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or international equivalent
- Minimum 6 to 8 years of relevant work experience

- Effective English written and oral communication skills
- Awareness of law, negotiations, or cost engineering
- Developed business writing skills with strong command of English language
- Organized in documenting and record keeping
- Adaptability to differing environments
- Competency in MS Office suite
- Flexibility in adjusting to workload and priorities
Education
Bachelor's degree or international equivalent

6 to 8 years of relevant work experience

- Experience in lump sum, unit price and cost-plus type contracts (preferred)
- Experience in construction, design, services, and O&M forms of contracts (preferred)
- Presentation skills (preferred)
- Comfortable interacting in multi-national team environment (preferred)
