Role summary
The Director – Risk supports the analysis of data from Subdistricts and Projects within one of Qiddiya's largest business units, providing the Senior Director – Risk with relevant and current assurance and compliance analysis. Reports at portfolio and programme level and communicates pertinent information to Executive management in a timely manner.
Responsibilities

- Support development of a Risk culture across integrated Development and Delivery project teams
- Participate in implementation of Risk Management policies, processes, procedures and controls at Subdistrict level
- Perform risk identification, evaluation, mitigation, monitoring and reporting in the EBU risk management cycle
- Act as Subject Matter Expert for Qualitative and Quantitative Risk Management processes at Subdistrict level
- Assist in embedding Key Performance Indicators in risk reporting platforms across the business unit
- Support professional development of all risk resources through frequent engagement and communications
- Provide guidance and consultative advice to enable risk-informed decision making
- Assist in conducting policy and compliance audits with internal and external auditors
- Coordinate with functional leads and key project stakeholders
Qualifications
- Educated to Degree level with equivalent training and experience
- Minimum 15 years of previous experience including 5 years in leadership positions
- Proficient user of IT systems (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, internet)
- High level of Proficiency with Risk Management Systems (ARM, Safran Risk, Risk Hive etc.)
- Excellent management skills including organisation, time management, resourcefulness, flexibility, communication and collaboration
- Experienced in production of portfolio and programme level reports
- Time management, organisation and prioritisation skills
- Good communication skills in multi-cultural environment
- Strong team player and collaborator
- Demonstrated ability to achieve results and drive to succeed
- Proven leadership and team management skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent knowledge of Qualitative and Quantitative Risk Management methodologies and processes
- Previous experience in leadership Risk roles within PMO/PMC organisations
- Effective communication and presentation abilities
Requirements
- Degree in risk management or similar
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or similar
- Membership of professional Risk association (IRM, RMIA etc.)
