Role summary
Responsible for designing, developing and delivering learning content and programmes that support business objectives. Seeking someone with hands-on experience designing and developing learning, passion for learning innovation and drive to collaborate with stakeholders across Qiddiya to build learning modules that create value for employees and the wider business.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business-based subject matter experts to translate business needs into clear learning objectives and success measures
- Ensure learning solutions support approved policies, processes, technical standards, learning programmes or winning behaviours
- Proactively manage stakeholders to align priorities, timelines and delivery
- Work as part of a cohesive Organizational Learning team to drive holistic learning solutions
- Build learning content, programmes and curriculum using Sana learning experience platform
- Design and deliver a range of engaging learning solutions driving foundational awareness and compliance
- Co-facilitate learning workshops with subject matter experts or other experienced facilitators including inductions, bootcamps and live sessions
- Balance rigour with creativity using experiential and playful methods aligned with adult learning principles
- Uphold agreed learning governance standards
- Build and maintain structured curricula, pathways and learning spaces supporting capability development
- Ensure content is current, accessible, well-structured and easy to retrieve
- Act as a quality custodian aligning all content to learning objectives, standards and design principles
- Leverage AI to design storyboards, modular content, gamified checkpoints, interactions and simulations
- Explore and implement new approaches enhancing engagement, experimentation and learning effectiveness
- Design assessments and activities measuring outcomes, reinforcing skills and demonstrating learning impact
- Analyse feedback, engagement and performance data to continuously improve learning quality
- Provide clear reporting to senior stakeholders on outcomes, insights and improvement opportunities
- Demonstrate alignment to priority capability needs and curriculum roadmaps
- Share best practices and innovations across the learning community driving continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 6 - 10 years experience in instructional design, learning creation or roles directly creating learning solutions
- Strong business acumen preferably with exposure to property development, construction, engineering, infrastructure or transport sectors
- Proven track record designing and delivering blended training programmes and curriculum
- Experience developing interactions, learning games, activities or assessments reinforcing learning
- Proficiency managing multiple learning or business projects simultaneously
- Understanding of skills-based education, data-informed learning journeys and immersive storytelling
- Experience using best-in-class learning technologies for content creation and learning experience
Requirements
- Experience with Sana Learn would be advantageous
- Experience with or interest in AI prompt-driven development would be advantageous
- Flexibility and adaptability responding to changing business requirements
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritise workload and deliver to tight deadlines
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal skills in English
- Demonstrated proficient use of enterprise-level software such as Microsoft 365 or similar
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across multiple departments
- Proven ability to empathise across cultures and different teams
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and conflict resolution skills
