Role summary

The Programs Manager plays a critical role in the development, implementation, and continuous evolution of Qiddiya Real Estate LearnLab (QREL)'s Learning Programs aimed at Sales & Leasing professionals. QREL is designed to establish a consistent, scalable, and industry-leading approach to capability development across Residential, Retail, Office, Land, and broker partner channels, supporting Qiddiya's strategic ambition to become a benchmark for real estate learning excellence. The Programs Manager oversees the end-to-end lifecycle of digital learning programs, including curriculum design, content development, learner journey development, quality assurance, stakeholder engagement, learning operations, and continuous improvement. Working closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, instructional designers, Digital Systems and Learning Experience teams, and external partners, the Programs Manager leads the creation and delivery of engaging, bilingual, high-quality learning experiences that build knowledge, skills, and commercial excellence across sales and leasing teams.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Learning & Development, Education, Instructional Design, Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience

Minimum 8 years of experience in digital curriculum development, instructional design, digital learning and content development operations, or education, including at least 3 years in a management or leadership role
