Role summary
The role holder is responsible for driving the implementation and continuous enhancement of Quality Assurance practices across Specialized to ensure effective process governance, adherence to internal policies, and alignment with regulatory and quality requirements. The role provides expertise in quality assessments, business process design, control effectiveness, and continuous improvement, while collaborating with stakeholders to identify gaps, enhance operational efficiency, and strengthen overall quality performance.
Responsibilities
- Drive implementation and continuous enhancement of Quality Assurance framework across business functions and service lines, ensuring alignment with approved policies, standards, and regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain quality benchmarks and assessment criteria to evaluate process effectiveness and adherence to applicable standards and best practices
- Lead business process design and review activities with stakeholders to strengthen end-to-end process governance and ensure alignment with approved functional mandates
- Conduct and lead Quality Assurance assessments across risk management, regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, and other relevant business processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with GRC and stakeholders to identify control weaknesses, assess their impact, and recommend appropriate remediation and risk mitigation actions aligned with stc Group frameworks and standards
- Review and enhance QA-related policies, procedures, controls, and testing methodologies to improve governance effectiveness and regulatory alignment
- Lead cross-functional process improvement and reengineering activities to identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and enhance operational efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at improving process performance, service quality, and customer satisfaction across Specialized
- Monitor and analyze QA performance metrics and assessment results, identifying trends, recurring gaps, and areas requiring corrective action
- Follow up with stakeholders on QA findings and improvement actions to ensure timely and effective resolution of identified gaps
- Prepare quality performance reports and provide insights and recommendations to management on process effectiveness, control improvements, and quality enhancement opportunities

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
