Role summary
Lead the commercial development and sales of CORE Arabia service and technical offerings to existing and prospective customers in the oil & gas, industrial, mining and related sectors. Act as the commercial focal point from opportunity identification through proposal, negotiation support, award, handover to operations and post-award customer follow-up. Build a qualified sales pipeline, maintain customer relationships, capture market intelligence and provide accurate sales forecasts to support CORE Arabia growth and profitability. Coordinate internally with operations, workshop, technical, finance, supply chain and administration functions to ensure customer requirements are understood, priced, documented and handed over properly.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a qualified opportunity pipeline for CORE Arabia services, repairs, refurbishment, maintenance, packaging, technical solutions and approved commercial offerings
- Identify target customers, new accounts and vendor registration requirements; coordinate required documentation until registration or prequalification is completed
- Conduct customer visits, technical and commercial discovery meetings and follow-ups to understand customer needs, equipment applications, priorities and decision criteria
- Prepare and coordinate commercial proposals, quotations and presentations with technical, operations, finance and management input to ensure scope, exclusions, pricing basis and delivery assumptions are clear
- Support negotiation of commercial terms within approved authority limits and escalate pricing, contractual, liability, credit, discount or payment-term matters to management or legal as required
- Coordinate handover of awarded work to operations and project execution including agreed scope, customer commitments, pricing basis, delivery dates, special requirements and communication history
- Maintain accurate CRM and sales records, visit reports, opportunity status, forecast updates, customer correspondence and supporting documentation
- Gather market intelligence on customers, competitors, market trends, planned shutdowns and projects and potential demand for CORE Arabia workshop and technical services
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, customer representatives, OEM and technology partners and relevant internal stakeholders to support repeat business and customer satisfaction
- Monitor post-award customer feedback, coordinate resolution of commercial and service issues through responsible internal functions and protect CORE Arabia's reputation for reliability and responsiveness
- Provide weekly and monthly updates to management on pipeline, forecast, sales activity, key opportunities, risks, lost jobs and support needed to close strategic sales opportunities
- Comply with Zahid Group and CORE Arabia policies, authority matrices, QHSE requirements, document control practices and approved sales and commercial workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, business or a related technical or commercial discipline
- Oilfield equipment experience is an advantage
- Working understanding of oil & gas, industrial, mining and workshop and service markets including key customers, procurement channels and vendor registration practices
- Understanding of sales cycle from lead generation, customer needs assessment, quotation and negotiation support through award, operational handover, invoicing support and after-sales follow-up
- Ability to hold structured technical and commercial discussions with customers and internal technical teams without exceeding delegated technical or financial authority
- Fluent in English and Arabic ideally
- Microsoft Office proficiency especially Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Ability to use ERP M3 information for sales follow-up where applicable
Requirements

Education
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, business or a related technical or commercial discipline
Experience
5+ years of sales, business development, key account or customer-facing technical and commercial experience, preferably in oil & gas, heavy equipment, industrial services or workshop and service environment
